How large is your operation: breeds, number of head, number of acres: 30 head Registered Angus
30 head Angus X Limousin X Hereford for commercial herd.

What breeds are in the operation? What are the blood lines / genetics?: We artificially inseminate to various bull to breed for small calves and good yearling growth. We have two herd sires for the registered her and Limo cross bulls for the commercial herd.

What climate / topography best describe your operation?: Central Coast inland with rolling hills.

What is the history of your operation? Is it family owned? Does the surrounding area have an interesting history? Family owned since 1961.

What are some operation and / or mgt. accomplishments your operation is known for?:
We participate in a rotational grazing program to maintain good feed for most of the year. We raise some of our hay. We have participated in the Cal Poly Bull Test nearly from the beginning. We had the champion bull in 1998 and every year we have had a bull in the sale.
