Operation history, local, and topography: The operation began in 1962 and is located 11 miles southeast of San Ardo, California. The land includes many hills, similar to the coast range, and receives 10 inches of rain annually.

Operations accomplishments, management, and genetics: Produces tender beef with average EPDs and currently attempting to improve EPDs by bringing in high quality bulls through AI.
